International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Payments & Cryptocurrencies

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods available through Shopify, including PayPal. USDC is officially supported and available directly at checkout and is our preferred settlement currency due to its regulatory compatibility in both the EU and the United States.

We also offer official cryptocurrency payments processed exclusively via www.larayaross.com with third-party services. These payments require assistance from a verified and registered Brand Ambassador and are completed only through official invoices generated by our platform. We will never request payment via chat, social media, or direct wallet transfers.

Can I pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, or other cryptocurrencies?
Yes. USDT, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and other cryptocurrencies may be accepted. For fiat withdrawals and bank transfers, USDC is preferred due to its stronger regulatory compatibility in both the EU and the U.S.

Documentation, Rights & Authenticity

Do your artworks come with documentation?
Yes. All artworks include authentication documentation. Signature Editions additionally include laminated documentation and recorded provenance elements.

Each artwork or course is also issued a unique digital certificate identified by a specific token ID on the Ethereum blockchain.

Who owns the rights to the artworks and course materials?
All artworks, images, and course materials are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of the artist. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written permission is not allowed, but may be considered through an official request and approval process.

Brand Philosophy & Values

Is your art suitable for modern interiors?
Yes. Resin wall art is designed to integrate seamlessly into modern, minimalist, and nature-inspired interiors, adding warmth, texture, and subtle luminosity.

Why are your prices accessible while the quality feels premium?
We believe cultural value should be accessible. By working directly with artists and educators, we maintain fair pricing while delivering carefully crafted, high-quality artworks and educational content.

Is this platform more about commerce or culture?
Commerce is the structure; culture is the purpose. Every transaction supports creativity, education, and independent art.

What does “Analog Glow in the Digital Storm” mean?
It represents tactile, human-made art created in contrast to mass digital production—highlighting authenticity, craftsmanship, and emotional presence in a technology-saturated world.

How do you avoid greenwashing in your messaging?
We make only claims that can be supported by real practices, data, or certifications. Transparency and accuracy are central to our brand values.

Editions, Finishes & Customization

What does “Edition” mean for your artworks?
Edition refers to the level of materials and execution used in the artwork. Each edition represents a distinct artistic and material standard, while the conceptual artwork remains the same.

What is the difference between Standard, Fine Art, and Signature Editions?
Standard Edition uses high-quality composite and decorative materials.
Fine Art Edition replaces composite metallic elements with genuine 24K Italian gold or silver leaf.
Signature Edition is executed with natural premium materials, jewelry-grade elements, and a bespoke fine art process with extended production time.

Are Signature and Fine Art Editions made to order?
Yes. Signature and Fine Art Edition artworks are created individually after purchase and follow a deliberate, multi-stage artistic process. This allows for precise execution, careful material selection, and a thoughtfully paced timeline.

What is the difference between matte, satin, and gloss finishes?
Matte: no shine, reduced reflections, soft contemporary appearance
Satin: subtle low sheen that adds depth without strong reflections
Gloss: highly reflective, enhances contrast and color vibrancy

What options are available on each artwork product page?
Each artwork is presented in one standard size with two edition options. You may also choose from 3–5 curated standard frame options. Signature Editions offer expanded customization, arranged manually via email communication.

Are custom framing options refundable?
No. Custom framing is calculated as a separate service and is non-refundable, as frames are produced specifically for each order.

Materials, Safety & Quality

Is resin art non-toxic and safe for home interiors?
Yes. All artworks are created using certified non-toxic, VOC-free, and BPA-free epoxy resin. Once fully cured, the resin becomes inert and odorless, making it safe for home interiors such as living rooms and bedrooms.

All pieces are produced in a well-ventilated studio using proper safety practices to ensure durability and long-term stability.

How long does resin art last?
Epoxy resin cures into a solid, glass-like surface that is strong and highly durable. With proper care, resin artworks are designed to last for many years.

Like all epoxy resins, it is sensitive to UV light and may gradually develop a warm amber tone over time. This natural aging process can be slowed by keeping the artwork away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Can my painting be made without imperfections?
Each artwork is handmade, and subtle variations are a natural part of the process. These small details make every piece unique.

I work carefully with high-quality materials and close attention to detail to deliver a finished artwork that reflects both my artistic vision and our shared expectations.

What materials are used in the artworks?
Each piece is handcrafted using epoxy resin, pigments, metallic foils, natural stones, crystals, and pearls. These materials create multidimensional light effects and visual depth.

Care & Maintenance

How do I take care of my resin art?
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources
• Handle gently, like fine glass
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
• To maintain shine, gently wipe with a microfiber cloth. If needed, a small amount of mineral or silicone oil, or light car polish, may be used.
