FAQ
Is resin art non-toxic and safe for home interiors?
All my resin artworks are created using certified non-toxic, VOC-free, and BPA-free epoxy resin. It’s completely safe for home interiors, including living rooms and bedrooms. Once cured, the resin becomes inert, odorless, and food-safe, meaning it does not release any fumes or chemicals into the air. Each piece is made in a well-ventilated studio environment and handled with protective care to ensure both safety and durability.
How long ¨resin¨ last?
Epoxy resin is one of the main materials I use in my artwork — for sealing, painting, preserving flowers, and creating resin castings. I work with resin in its liquid state, which then cures (hardens) into a solid form. The result resembles glass in clarity and finish, yet feels more like acrylic. It’s a strong, durable medium designed to last virtually forever.
Like all resins, epoxy is sensitive to UV light and will gradually develop a warm amber tone over time — a natural part of its aging process. Minimizing exposure to sunlight and heat helps slow this change. A slight ambering is normal and irreversible, though it’s less visible in tinted or colored pieces than in completely clear ones.
Can my painting be made without any imperfections?
Each piece I create is handmade, so tiny variations are part of its charm — they make your artwork truly one of a kind. I always do my best with the materials and vision we share to create something beautiful and unique for you.
When you choose me as your artist, you’re supporting the time, care, and creativity that go into every brushstroke.
Please note: I’m not responsible for how your painting is shipped, or handled by carriers, or the natural ambering of resin over time, which is part of its normal aging process.
How do I take care of my resin art?
Keep your piece away from direct sunlight and heat — a cool, shaded space is ideal. Prolonged UV exposure can cause resin to naturally develop a light amber tone over time.
Treat your artwork gently, as you would fine glass: avoid scratching or dropping it, and steer clear of harsh cleaners like acetone.
To refresh its shine, simply wipe with a soft microfiber cloth and apply a small amount of clear, gentle oil (such as mineral, coconut, or silicone oil) or a touch of car polish.
What is your return policy?
Online courses are non-refundable. Ready-made items may be returned within 14 business days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me — I’ll be happy to work with you to find a fair solution and resolve the issue promptly.
