Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated in the product description.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In that case, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Approximate delivery times:

  • Bulgaria: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 5–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on destination, customs, and courier delays.

Shipping Methods

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on packaging or availability.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lara Yaross Fine Art Studio is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@larayaross.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.
If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us — we will help file a claim with the courier.
